Polycarpe is overseen by an incredible team of mental health professionals and administrators that are dedicated to providing passionate care. Our team also connects with a diverse client base. We offer services in English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and French.

Patrick Delerme, COO
​CMHP/Life Coach
​Public Speaker

Patrick Delerme spent his life focusing on building mental health awareness in the community. He did this by advocating to decrease stigma and by helping people with severe or chronic mental health concerns find treatment.  Through education, he encouraged people of Afro-Caribbean heritage seek mental health assistance when needed.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s in psychology. He went on to receive his master’s from Troy University with a major in Educational Counseling. He is a Navy Veteran who proudly served seven years as a Hospital Corpsman which he received a Meritorious Medal during his active duty tour.

Penny Delerme, CEO

​Public Speaker

Penny is a native Floridian who was raised in Winter Garden, Florida. She came from a line of esteemed healthcare workers. Passionate about healthcare from the aspect of mental wellness, she graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in 1994. She continued on to receive a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 1998 from Nova Southeastern University. Penny has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since 2001. 

Jessica Barfield
​Administrative Assistant 

Jessica has been an Administrative Assistant with Polycarpe for four years. She has a deep passion for service and helping others get connected to resources. Her work with Polycarpe fulfills her sense of purpose for serving others in need. Jessica’s greatest treasure is time spent with her amazing family. As an outdoor enthusiast, Jessica particularly loves spending that family time taking walks, camping, and fishing. She and her family continue to look for new outdoor spots to explore and enjoy together.

Alexis Daly
​Office Manager

Alexis has been working as an Office Manager at Polycarpe for twelve years. She grew up as an Army Brat and eventually made her way to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. There she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration for Marketing. She continues to enjoy Orlando as she raises her children. Alexis also has a passion for connecting with her friends and community. She spends much free time scrapbooking and having nights out on the town with her friends.

COVID-19 Information: Polycarpe, Inc. continues to operate in full compliance with CDC guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19.  We have optional social distancing, faces masks, hand washing, and the use of hand sanitizer for all in person interactions. We also offer Telehealth therapy sessions and virtual events for the safety of our clients and staff.
